I captured a rainbow - figuratively speaking. I have hoped for so long for the moment when camera and rainbow appeared simultaneuosly ... and it happened. So, here is my rainbow, just ouside the garden.
lovely lovely.... i tried to capture one in a cloud recently, a tiny lone cloud filled completely with a full rainbow! i was amazed but by the time i found the camera, it had turned all green and blue so i took it anyway but alas...nothing...this is lovely...
i also wanted to thank you for your kindest of comments on this last post of mine....you are filled with compassion and thank you for your thoughts..i think you understand. that means the world to me. xxx
Linda - I am sure that you understand me, too. Spangle - this was a chance in a million. Tinajo - elusive and somehow full of hope. Melissa - yes, I am so proud of you .. and they are beautiful words, too.
Rainbows are an integral part of childhood - with all one's wishes, dreams and hopes caught up in them. Thank you for your comment, Olga, which reminded me of my childhood rainbows.

This is a lovely and difficult image to capture.
I love rainbows - they are so elusive! :-)
I'm so happy you captured it and gave it to all of us to see! And I know the spanish word for rainbow: el arco iris! Are you proud of me?

It's marvelous when you are able to capture the rainbow. These moments remind me of childhood :)
